Our shopping experience was very good. We were greeted with friendly associates who were helpful with our purchase. Only 2 negative issues - the merchandise (weights) were not priced (had to ask associate who had to look up the info) and, most importantly, the cashier attempted to run a credit check on my son to open an account to receive additional discounts. She did not explain clearly what she was attempting to do so when the screen asked for his SS #, he immediately stopped the process. She was nice but didn’t appear to be sincerely apologetic for her misrepresentation.

My husband ripped the crotch of his pants at a volleyball tourney. I was able to order online and pickup between matches. He was ready to coach soon after! The staff had my order ready and was very helpful.

Upon entry, unfortunately there was a lady with her young child who had stolen. And peeled off in the parking lot. The team at this location did not chase but were wise enough to collect her tag info from her vehicle. Great prices all around, picked up some sneakers for the gym and the staff were friendly when I asked to try on a weighted vest. The vest is one of the best things I’ve purchased to increase my workouts… they also have a great selection of vitamins and pre-workout/protein.

Absolutely rude cashier. Tapping her fingers, inpatient, rude. Could not of felt less wanted as a customer. My boots rang up full price while multiple signs had them at 25% off. One manager lied saying these are 3.0 instead of 2.0, trying to get rid of me. I politely said I’ll go look at 2.0. When I got back there and showed another manager the multiple signs saying all Magellan at 25% off he walked me back up front a rang them up correctly. Again the cashier had been zero help and was still acting rude and inpatient with the smallest of issues. This place used to have okay customer service, not anymore.

Came here for a snowsuit I ordered online for work right after I got off work at 8am. I decided to look around and look for work shoes and something to wear later on since I would be sleeping the rest of the day. I started to feel really uncomfortable with a man that seemed to follow me through out the store! Come to find out I was being watched and followed! As a black woman this was such a horrible feeling to be stalked in a store you’re spending a few hundred dollars in! I made it to the shoe department and he was still there just standing like he was looking at shoes then simultaneously a staff member came out of nowhere to ask did I need help and he walked away. I felt so uncomfortable I just got a pair of pants and left. This was such a horrible feeling! Just go back to watching cameras! Don’t target people and stalk them while they are shopping! Will not be back!
