I strongly advise against working with Kathie for adaptive gymnastics. My experience was deeply disappointing due to her attitudes toward my son who has autism that she was supposed to support. Rather than creating an inclusive environment, she displayed biases that made it clear that not all clients are treated with the respect they deserve. Adaptive gymnastics should be a space where everyone feels welcomed and empowered, but that was not my son’s experience here. He absolutely loved going to gymnastics, but unfortunately we were pulled aside by her and told to “take a break” instead of supporting him in the things he was struggling with. If you are looking for a compassionate, nonjudgmental experience, I recommend looking elsewhere.

We have enjoyed taking our daughter to preschool gymnastics classes. She has learned a lot and had a great time. We really enjoyed Coach Kelly when she was there! They also have an indoor gym time for young kids which is amazing. Pay one fee and you can stay for 2 hours doing everything! Clean and great environment!

So happy my daughter is a part of this gymnastics program. The owner is phenomenal! She is a fantastic coach, person and business owner. She truly cares about her gym families and staff. The staff is exceptional as well. My daughter learned more in a month here then she did in an entire year at her previous gym. We've tried a few gyms but this is definitely home to us.

The people are great and the baby class is a lot of fun. However there is an odor (very much like stinky feet) in the building my wife and I just cant get over, and we get the overall feeling this isn't the cleanest facilities. We have been to other gyms in the Seattle area and they do not have this same issue. Again the staff is very friendly and nice and the activities they offer are a lot of fun. They even offer free classes for crawlers on Wednesday at 9am, we just wish it had a cleaner vibe to it.

Phenomenal gym! Coaches have a great attitude and care about each and every gymnast. The atmosphere is uplifting and so much fun. Coming to this gym reminded me why I truly started gymnastics in the first place. The coaches have helped me with my fears and have pushed me to be the best version of my self I can be. Not only do they teach gymnastics but they teach us to better people. Best decision I have ever made in my entire life. :)
