As a returning customer I must say they are so wonderful and easy going to work with, all instructions were very clear and the process was so smooth, this is definitely important when you're planning a party. Great quality bounce houses, reasonably priced, super quick drop off and pick up, and friendly and easy to work with. 100% recommend! Don't waste your time or money anywhere else.

Their prices are great and their customer service is awesome. They deliver on time every time and are awesome about communicating about things such as pick up times and the plan for adverse weather. We had a great experience from the time of booking all the way until it was picked up!! Ryan made everything very easy. The kids had an amazing time and loved every minute of it, especially the 2 slides. Jacob did our set up and take down and was great to work with. He did an awesome job!! Totally recommend them and their bounce houses

We’ve used Ryan and air jump moonwalks for multiple events over the last few years! From my kids birthdays to our annual Halloween party. They are fairly priced and very responsive. In the past I’ve had companies with poorly maintained equipment and it’s so nice to know that every event we host and need a bouncy house - will be a great one! Highly suggest using them for any of your party needs

I have used Air Jump Moonwalks KC Bounce House Rental for years now!! I remember the first time I used them, how thorough they were, the excellent customer service and their flexibility with scheduling and availability. I have used them SEVERAL times and their customer service and everything explained above has remained excellent! This rental this past weekend for my 8 year old's birthday party went off without a hitch...its hard keeping kiddos outside and off electronics but because of the amazing bounce house, only inside action was the bathroom! If you need a bounce house for any event, I HIGHLY recommend Air Jump Moonwalks!!
