Airtopia Adventure Park - San Antonio

Honestly, best experience I've had in a long time me and my kids had a rough week. Our dog died and this really helped us lighten the mood with our kids, Jimmy and Rachel although the kids zone was blocked off. We still had an amazing time. Person at the front desk super sweet customer service was honestly amazing. Food was on point for anyone looking for a fun place to go in San Antonio. I would definitely say Airtopia . It is a little bit of an inconvenience, That the kids zone was closedI think it will be A amazing experience for me and my two kids 10 out of 10 would recommend 10 out of 10 would recommend will be coming back

It's one of my granddaughter favorite places to go and have fun. The place is fairy clean. It has a snack bar and party rooms. The bathroom appears clean and well maintained. Good location.

We used to love coming to this jump park and would even drive 30 minutes just to visit because it was always clean and had a spacious, safe area for kids 4 and under. Unfortunately, after their recent renovation, the toddler area has been shrunk significantly, and they added a 12+ section that’s mostly empty. It’s now much harder to keep an eye on the little ones, and the family-friendly atmosphere we loved is gone. Sadly, we won’t be returning to this location because of these changes.

We’ve been here for 30 minutes and already regret spending the money. I really wanted to like this place, I should’ve read the reviews. Paid $50 for 2 hours for my kids only to walk in and see several parts of the trampoline area blocked off with cones and caution tape. Zip line & climbing walls are closed. Shouldn’t have to pay full price when not all attractions are open and operating. There’s also several other repairs and maintenance issues that need addressed. And it’s very small in comparison to other trampoline parks. Like others have mentioned, the people working are rude & whistle happy. My kids came during the day on a weekday, very few kids. They were whistled at several times within the first few minutes and did nothing wrong at all. They are definitely nit-picky and over correcting unnecessarily. And then there’s the water bottle rule….absolutely ridiculous. Can’t bring in your own water or an empty cup or bottle to fill. They won’t give you a cup at the concession area to fill at the fountain either, “that costs money.” This place is vastly inferior than other similar establishments and their prices do not reflect that. It’s definitely not worth it & I definitely won’t return. I’m not sure how they can maintain their business given all the negatives observed by myself and so many others.

I really loved this place and my kids did to! The food & atmosphere are great! I gave 3 stars because it was upsetting to have to pay full price when a bunch of areas are closed off and they don’t even tell you that when entering and paying !
