💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →If you are seeking a serious, multi-day-a-week gymnastics program for skill advancement, this facility may not meet your needs due to limited availability.
- →Ideal for parents looking for a fun, once-a-week recreational activity for younger children (especially 3-6 years old).
- →Manage expectations: focus is on enjoyment and basic development, not intensive training or rapid progression.
- →Consider this a strong option for toddlers and preschoolers (3-5 years) due to specific class structures mentioned.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Extremely difficult to secure more than one day a week for classes; one parent waited 9 months without success for a more serious schedule.
- ⚠Not suitable for children seeking serious, multi-day-a-week gymnastics training or competitive progression.
- ⚠Perceived as 'overrated daycare' and 'very very repetitious' for older recreational kids (7-year-olds).
- ⚠Minimal teaching and correction for 7-year-olds, leading to repeated mistakes.
- ⚠May not be 'beneficial' for children aiming for significant skill advancement.
Price & Value
Described as 'well worth the money' for its recreational offerings and positive environment, especially for younger kids. Conversely, for those seeking more serious training, it's implied that 'prices aren't bad but you get what you pay for,' suggesting that the lower cost reflects a more basic, less intensive program. No specific pricing mentioned, but generally considered affordable.

2 years agoMy daughter's each spent 10+ years at AGS. The coaches prioritize the safety and development of the athletes which I greatly appreciated. I will forever remember the hours (upon hours) we spent there!!

7 years agoVery friendly & knowledgeable staff. Great with both my 3 & 8 year old. Very patient. I especially like the 3-5 class because of their patience with all of the kids, the fact that they have a lot of instructors that guide the kids through their activities & they switch up the activities every week. Well worth the money. I would recommend to anyone.

2 years agoGreat gym. Instructors are patient and kind. My daughter really enjoys her class. She likes it much better than Gold Cup for recreational instruction.

3 years agoWe are so blown away by AGS! They are incredibly responsive, patient and helpful when asking questions. Our 5-year-old started classes about a month ago and she is obsessed. She never wants to leave. Thank you Jen and team!

8 years agoThis place is great if your looking for 1 day out of the week for your 7 year old to practice gymnastics. I thought it would be at least three days a week but nope! Been going here 9 Months waiting for an opening of a more serious schedule of more then one day a week. Still nothing. Don't wast your time or money. Prices aren't bad but you get what you pay for. Many members of my family where in gymnastics. This school is basically an overrated daycare. Very very repetitious. Very minimal teaching for a seven year old. Most teachers don't correct the girls so they do the same mistakes over and over again week after week. My daughter liked the idea of gymnastics but in the end today I pulled her out because this school won't be taking her anywhere beneficial. Im being nice with two stars.
