All Air Extreme Trampoline Park

Well, I went there. I had the best time ever all the staff were doing what they wanted to do. I need to do in the middle of cleaning I made by accident hit a kid, but his mom said it was fine.

We went today (saturday) and I can't say I recommend it. We've been here before but during the day and on a slow day and it was fine. The improvements they have made are good and over all it's fun. The teenage employees though? Absolutely terrible. MAD attitudes and they literally do nothing but stand around and talk, good luck trying to get any help out of them or expecting them to monitor what's going on. Very much a "im just trying to pull a paycheck, leave me alone" vibes. And based on reviews and what ive seen in previous trips, management does zero about it. (and never has, they were very comfortable almost like they know they wont get in trouble) Also don't expect to play on the basketball court unless your over the age of 13. The rules say no more then 10 on the court but, the employees let any amount on and don't care how long they're on there for. So if your kids young, don't expect them to be able to go on there and play...it won't happen. The employees say they don't have to monitor it. At the end of the day, my kids left crying but they had fun on the basic trampoline stuff and other things the older kids weren't hogging.

This place was great. My grand daughter wanted to have her birthday party here. I normally don't care for places like this but this place was cool. These children had a blast. There were games to play an jumping areas an a desperate area for party's. It was very well organized. It didn't have all that loud dang music. You could hear the conversation you were having with someone. We booked a party an the staff took care of everything. The only outside thing you bring is your cake. It was just so easy an not annoying like some places. I'm not sure about prices. I do know all the kids got a super cool pair of socks an that's what they wore the whole time. They even had massage chairs for adults. WHAT? Yep they did. You had to pay for it but who cares. OMG the pizza was delicious. They had other food people could buy too. Did ya see the Skittles machine? That was fun. Yes I bought some an they were fresh an really good. This is a very good place for a party or just some fun.

I literally go to this place every week, lately the attention is being a bit rude in my opinion, the girls have a somewhat arrogant attitude. The bathrooms leave a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and facilities, the diaper changing station is deplorable, literally unsafe and falling apart. It would be great to have a sibling discount or rewards for visits made, I will continue to go to this place because the trampolines are amazing and my kids love this place.
