Parking lot is cramped but functional. The facility is large & spacious, equipment was clean & in good state of being. The food is expensive but serviceable. The staff did an excellent job keeping the place clean. There was a large screen TV showing a college football bowl game in the eating/arcade/sitting area! I could have given a higher rating but a few families who let their children run wild, climb on arcade equipment unchecked as well as one child who whined in excess of 15 minutes ruined what was otherwise a good visit.

They have party packages where you can get their food and drinks and rent out one of their side rooms or just a table in the main room. Most importantly, if you don't get one of their birthday packages, you won't be allowed to have a birthday cake or sing for the birthday person. They'll ask you to stop or even ask you to leave. We were asked to leave when we took out our cake. It was just two families doing a small birthday celebration for my son, who just started elementary school. It was my son, his best friend, the best friend's younger sibling, the best friend's parents, and our youngest. We didn't think it was a big enough party to need a birthday package. Nevertheless...

Changing my rating to 1 star. I've been bringing my daughter here for years, and her and her friends jump while I sit at a nearby restaurant and have a coffee or something, and then pick them up at the end. Today I bought the tickets dropped off the girls, who are middle school aged, and they weren't allowed in. They have a rule now that under 16 can't be let in alone. According to the front desk it's 3 years old, but I can't assure you it's not been enforced if that's the case. I think if they are going to make that kind of a change it needs to be brought to the attention of the person buying the ticket in a much more clear way. Additionally, the staff were extremely rude about it. Overall, a very frustrating experience and very different from the experience I've come to expect. Edited to add that once the girls did go in, most of the areas they most wanted to use were gone. The spinner is gone, the foam pit is gone, and the walls you bounce off of are netted over.

Mixed bag. Parking lot far too small. Staff at the party were very helpful. Staff inside the event space seemed more intent on playing with each other than supervising the kids. The food was bland. Noise level - bring some Advil. But the kids LOVED it. Confident we will be back.

1. Other locations allow parents to wear a spectator wristband so they can effectively parent/supervise their children at the park. This park requires parents to pay to parent and so naturally many people opt not to do so which means they get to run free, breaking rules which are inconsistently monitored by the staff 2. It’s a popular destination for local teens to hit up after work to smoke weed in the parking lot and go in/out of the park (using the bathroom). I have witnessed this which ties in my next point 3. Usually the family bathroom is.. doable. Today, one didn’t have soap. The other appeared and smelled as if someone urinated all over the entire bathroom - including the toilet paper dispenser. It was absolutely disgusting and I couldn’t get out of there soon enough. 4. I’ve visited many times for months(at various times) and only once have I seen the swinging foam pit open & monitored. 5. Aside from points 1-4, it’s a nice park that I like to visit during low traffic hours. During crowded times, you can expect small children to get trampled - as larger kids also entitle themselves to the kids court.
