Families looking to get their children's energy out, especially on a budget with Groupons or membership.

💡Pro Tips from Reviews

  • Consider purchasing the $10 monthly membership if you plan to visit at least once every two months, as it reportedly "pays for itself."
  • Look for Groupons, as they are described as "totally worth the money."
  • If cleanliness is a major concern, consider bringing your own cleaning supplies for tables.
  • Be aware that some play areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance during your visit.

Things to Consider

  • Inconsistent and often poor cleanliness: dirty trampolines, dusty floors, and bathrooms that are a "mess" (though one review contradicts this by stating 'clean bathrooms').
  • Reported poor cleaning practices, including teens using floor mops on tables, with some staff being "oblivious."
  • Frequent closure of one or more play areas, sometimes lasting "multiple visits between several weeks."
  • Visible maintenance issues: bathroom stalls don't align and "look like they're falling apart."
  • Specific safety concern: areas described as "dangerous because padding needs replacement," particularly noted in the "foam block pit."
  • Limited dedicated activities for toddlers (e.g., a 20-month-old found "not a lot here to do").

Price & Value

The $10 monthly membership is consistently highlighted as a "STEAL value" and "phenomenal," particularly for a 5-year-old, as it "pays for itself" with at least one visit every two months. Groupons are also confirmed to be "totally worth the money."

🛡️Safety Features

  • While staff are present and generally friendly, one instance noted staff being "oblivious" to unsafe cleaning practices (teens using floor mops on tables).

When to Avoid

  • If you have high expectations for consistent cleanliness and meticulous maintenance.
  • If your visit hinges on all play areas being operational, as closures are frequent.
  • If you are visiting solely with a very young toddler (under 2 years old) and expect extensive, dedicated activities just for their age group.

We’ve been members at Altitude since last summer. While the experience was decent before, they’ve recently added more structures for younger kids and a new basketball court for older ones, which is a great improvement. It’s nice to see them expanding activities for the kids, but unfortunately, the cleanliness hasn’t improved. The trampolines are dirty, the floors are covered in dust, and it doesn’t seem like the staff does much cleaning during their shifts. The bathrooms, in particular, are a mess. A little more attention to cleanliness would make a big difference. Overall, my kids love jumping, and with the recent additions, we’ll continue coming here at least once a month.

We have a membership for our 5 year old because as long as you come at least once every 2 months it pays for itself. There's not a lot here for our 20 month old to do but he usually amuses himself well enough. It's a good place to get energy out. That said, it's in need of some maintenance. There are often one or more areas off-limits (sometimes for multiple visits between several weeks), the bathroom stalls don't align and look like they're falling apart, and there are areas that are dangerous because padding needs replacement. I noticed several at the foam block pit when we were there today.

Great place. Clean bathrooms. Been going here since summer 2024 and it's awesome. The $10 membership is a STEAL value. Absolutely phenomenal. They recently added this huge new area and my son loves it. Also has a small infant area too. Must see/play.

Very chill atmosphere. Music was playing but not real loud, you could sit and have a conversation without screaming and it's very open so you could just sit and watch the kids

Great place, super friendly staff. Used a Groupon which was totally worth the money! Kids had a blast. Unfortunately some teens were using the mops that clean the floors on the tables and some of the staff was oblivious YUCK! Would come back but will bring my own cleaning supplies to clean before I sit!
