6 months agoWe went there for our granddaughter's birthday party. Just observed, saw all the children having so much fun! The place is so much bigger than I expected, and well laid out too.

a year agoOn a normal occurrence our experiences here are good. We come at least once a week sometimes more bc we have the monthly membership which is absolutely wonderful with having kids. Last week we had a FANTASTIC visit as a young boy who was working took the time out of his night to interact with the whole group of kids. They loved it. That young man deserves a raise I will post a photo of this below. This good story brings me to our experience from tonight. Two young guys working were consistently screaming and swearing at the little kids. I had to work to keep my mouth shut. They were yelling to each other, across the room, dancing vulgar. I literally was next to the one in the blue shirt when he yelled shut up at a tiny boy. Just absolute idiots. Neither one should have a job where kids are involved. The way they spoke to one another was also how they treated the small kids. Disgusted. There will be a photo attached of them as well.

5 years agoI liked this place much better than some of the other similar type businesses. It is much more open and with better lighting than the others. The kids seem to have fun at a reasonable price. And because it so big inside it does not feel cramped and tight. I would highly recommend this place. Even the younger age kids have fun here.

3 months agoA great place to take your kid, especially in the cold winter months. If you don't want to compete with crowds, go on a weekday. There are also massage chairs, food, and an arcade.

3 months agoPrices are good, place is actually clean unlike a lot of jump parks, staff is kind again unlike most jump parks. Honestly the only downside is that when you get a membership you are supposed to get socks, a snack, 20 percent off concessions and a few others things. The guy who I'm not going to give his jame, said thank you for signing up to be a member acknowledging we were new members. I said oh I need socks. He said that will be 9$. Like what new members get free socks. But it's 9$ not gunna argue over that. Then when the kids wanted snacks and slushies which a snack should have been free, he didn't give us a discount- again 20$ I'm not gunna argue. But I just want people to be aware they do not acknowledge the membership perks for pro jump and probably not the lesser membership either. We have memberships to every jump park in and around Pittsburgh and I've never had them not give me the rewards. Kinda strange but otherwise, it's a fun park and we love it.
