3 months agoI went here just before Christmas 2024 to obtain two gift cards for my kids. I was very impressed with the size of the building, layout and what they had to offer for entertainment. Staff was extremely polite, helpful and the inside appeared clean. My kids absolutely loved this place and had a ton of fun! We will definitely go back.

2 weeks agoWent for a kids birthday party. The birthday kid and my daughter are both Autistic. Understand that there is a area for little kids. But Autistic children don't understand that. My daughter wanted to jump over in the bigger area so we went over and jumped calmly together for about an hour and a half when we were told we can't jump in the same square. I explained that my daughter is autistic and we were literally out of the way of other kids on our own little a square not bothering anyone. They didn't care or try to accommodate. We were told if my daughter can't jump by herself then she can't jump. The manger then proceeded to tell me that there was a specific night for kids like my daughter. If that's the case then why was nothing said to the birthday childs parents when they booked the party because she clearly explained that her son and other kids are autistic. Second, why do you have grown ups and taleenage kids flying across trampolines with other little kids around and nothing was being said? Instead you pick on and 5 year old autistic child. Third, why sign a waiver if your not going to give the parent the responsibility of going out there with their children? Terrible management, terrible policy. Absolutely unacceptable. Felt completely discriminated against. The parents of the birthday child, me and my child will never be coming back. I will be telling everyone I can possibly tell about how Altitude doesn't care about kids with special needs unless it's on a specific night that you set. Your manager made that pretty clear with his lack of compassion and blatant lack of care if we don't want to come back. Maybe if he wasn't standing around doing nothing but taking to all the girls, he would be able to do his job better. Definitely not manager material.

3 weeks agoHave been 3x for my kids' classmates' birthday parties, age range 5-8. Kids have a blast, however it is a very noisy environment. You can't even hear their own PA system well.

2 months agoI paid for my children to jump for one hour. They only got 40 minutes out there to jump by the time they went to the bathroom and changed into their jump socks. So I just said okay let's add 30 minutes. For an hour and a half it's 26.99. So I thought I would be paying the difference from the 19.99 for one hour. That's not the case, you pay $12.99 per child if you decide to add a half hour. There's no "button to click" to pay the difference as I'm told by the employees.

a week agoLove that as an adult I can go here and let my kids have fun while the moms hang at the tables! My three stars is because the food options are terrible.
