3 years agoSweet gum park! Not a lot of equipment but enough to entertain a 2yo. The claw was kind of cool.

5 years agoIt doesn't seem like any effort has been put into maintaining this park after it was first built. It is in a nice location with a lot of trees around. I brought my kids here because this was the closest park to the Hilton. It is for kids under 8 years. The swings were good. There is a circular trail for the kids to walk around. The only problem is that the tree roots have started to break up the trail making it unsafe for kids to run around. It also made it difficult to push a stroller around.

3 years agoAlways a good time whenever we visit. Covered picnic table pavilion (though the trees provide a lot of shade on their own), a water fountain that works, play structure, swings, and a wobble-totter which looks like a teeter-totter, but is more safe. Not gated, but set sufficiently back from the road that runners can be intercepted. No toilets.

5 years agoKids love this park, great for kids under five years old. Needs more sand, and for parents to keep their kids from taking sand out of sand box. There are some rules that need to be reenforced. Sand stays in the sand box so others can enjoy it too.

6 years agoI like that neighbors share toys and toddler-friendly equipment to supplement the playground equipment. I don't like how near to and open the park is to the road. It's a relatively quiet neighborhood road, but I'm on constant guard.
