City residents know what a gem the Nature Playscape is in Forest Park. Kids can explore and learn and exercise and have fun at this huge open space. Your family can spend a couple of hours climbing on trees, playing in the giant sand boxes and spashing in the waterfalls and many pools. Those visiting St Louis will find a great, free activity in the heart of Forest Park. Enhance your visit by bringing water shoes and a swimsuit or clothes you don't mind getting dirty. (But not needed to have a good time) This is a large and kind of hilly area so be ready for some fun walking while you explore.

Cool natural park with pretty flowers, trees, and streams. Several natural parkour areas for kids and others so inclined. Nice walking paths and trails. Handicap friendly.

Such a unique play area for the kids. Many different spots to play and to indulge in nature. Highly recommend checking it out!

What an amazing space! My son loved the giant water feature and all of the natural play areas. There are also clean restrooms along the path and across the street.

My one year old and I love this park!! There is so much to explore for any age kid. We especially love playing in the water feature during the summer. It’s our favorite park in the area!
