Arcade Time

I took my daughter here every week but I will stop from now. After the game, my daughter wanted to change the ticket into the candy, but the White thin lady took it and thrown it in the table very rude. I feel disrespected . Never come back because of unprofessional employee. I spent money for that but what I received was the rudeness!

On december 28 , I visited your arcade expecting to have an enjoyable experience with my family. Unfortunately, my time there was completely ruined by the unprofessional and outright disrespectful behavior of one of your employees. This individual not only displayed a rude attitude but also acted impatiently toward my 2-year-old child, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, while I was actively playing a game, the employee decided to clean the machine I was using, wasting my paid time and ruining the experience. I find this utterly unacceptable and a clear failure on your part to ensure a welcoming and professional environment for your patrons. Paying customers deserve respect and uninterrupted access to the services they’ve paid for—neither of which I received during my visit. i would like to make it known that the employee was a female and she had jet black hair she gave sort of like an emo vibe. I demand an explanation of how this situation will be addressed and what measures will be taken to ensure it does not happen again. I look forward to your prompt response.

Every trip my daughter & I make to Arcade Time, we have so much fun. Rachel makes our experience even better with her friendly smile and great service. Definitely recommend making a stop with friends & family.

Me and my family had a great time at the arcade the other day. The employees there were very nice but especially Raphaela. She was very sweet and patient with my 2 year old which I appreciated a lot. We will definitely be coming back again.

This place was clean & well staffed with nice looking colorful game machines. Very expensive. My 10yr old Granddaughter blew thru $53.50 in about 20-25 mins. In my opinion, the claw machines are set up so that it's entirely impossible to grasp/pickup/win one of the items/prizes (stuffed animal, squishy, ETC.) We did not see anyone win anything. Would have been nice to leave with at least one of the prizes in claw machine which are probably valued at $5. My granddaughter almost exclusively did the claw machine, and each time the machine would shake or the "claw" would just drop the item. I was shocked that we were charged $3.50 tax! Like, what?
