Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Rented sleeping bag pads for our 1st ever backpack trip. I showed them my filled backpack and they gave me excellent tips on how to move a few things around to create a better, more weight distributed pack. They also helped to adjust my pack to fit better. We ended up purchasing a couple items. Nice selection. I will definitely return. Thank you!!!

Set us up for our Havasupai Falls hike in the Grand Canyon. Made things much smoother with a light weight water filter and wire mesh critter proof food storage bag.

Needed some warm boots for a trip to snow country. Went in and they had several options in my color and brand preferences. With the staff's help, we found exactly the right shoe, fit, and within the budget. Very thankful for the assistance. I have been an occasional visitor to the store for small items, and have always had great no pressure experiences. The staff is always extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite, just like today. This place is Legendary, my go to stop for all Slackline/highline anchor building material and rigging equipment. The staff are great help, and I even met the legend himself, Dale. Will always be stopping through when I’m in Phoenix.

This place is a bit of a hidden gem. The staff is truly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping the customers. I had not realized all the additional training and experience goes into this place and its staff! Don’t listen to that one bad review from a dude who only gives out negative reviews everywhere he goes. Go see for yourself!! Doug and kahler were particularly helpful and went above and beyond for my family and I. Keep up the great work guys!! And give those boys a raise!! 😁
