a month agoMy daughter has been attending Sunrays Gymnastics for two years, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Ms Melissa is an incredibly talented and dedicated dance instructor who brings out the best in each student. Her passion for dance and teaching is evident in every class. Ms Melissa has a way of engaging and encouraging students to learn in a fun and exciting environment. The dance recitals are always well-organized, inspiring, and something we look forward to every year.

a week agoWe had my daughter's birthday party at the Arcadia location, and it was terrific. The coaches did a great job keeping the kids entertained, and Theresa made everything easy for us. She was a dream to work with.

2 months agoMy younger sister has been a regular at this gym for several years and has thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff is exceptional and the coaches are top-notch; we've never encountered a problem. They've consistently been considerate and flexible with our unique circumstances. As a widow with a limited fixed income, our mother found the Arizona Sunrays' scholarship program a godsend, as it made participation in their gymnastics program financially feasible for us. However, recently, they revoked her scholarship despite our financial situation remaining unchanged. To make matters worse, they significantly increased their fees—not by a mere 10 or 15 percent, but by a substantial margin, which suddenly put the cost of gymnastics out of our reach. When my mother reached out to inquire if there were any other forms of assistance available, her request was turned down with the explanation that nothing further could be done. Our disappointment is profound. It appears that they have shifted their focus away from supporting the community to courting more affluent clientele.

9 months agoI am updating my previous five star review for two reasons. Over the three years that we have went to this gym they have continuously inflated prices compared to other gyms in the area. My daughter has been in superstars for 2+ years now. Over that length of time the price has increased significantly and now they allow nine kids in class instead of the previous capped eight. So they are now allowing more kids in class and charging significantly more than any gym in the area. If my daughter did not like her coach so much we would have already switched gyms. After the latest price increase, that might be the final straw that forces us to choose a new gym. If they weren’t so greedy, this place would be great. Unfortunately, Sunrays seems not to care about the average folk and are looking for only high end clients.

2 months agoI have 3 words for this gym, Family, Inclusion and Ability. We have daughter with special abilities, Down Syndrome and Autism, she is just AMAZING! I start with Family because the moment you walk in the door you are treated as such! We have been attending the 32nd location with Mrs. Heather for over 6 years and we have been treated like family since day one! Inclusion is the second word I use because my daughter is treated like a “Rock Star” by everyone there and included in all activities! Last but not least, I use the word ability because they work with everyone’s ability and supports you along the way!
