🛡️Safety Policy

• • State-of-the-art soft play equipment designed to meet international safety standards (ASTM F1918) and tested by SGS S.A.
• • Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times.
• • No shoes allowed in the play area.
• • Arrows grip socks are required for all children, parents of children under 5, and any additional playing adults entering the play area. Other grip socks are not accepted.
• • Toddler Area Playground designed for children ages 0-3 years.
• • Ninja course and 3-level playground designed for 4-12 years of age.
• • Parents with kids under 4 who want to go into the 3-level playground are required to supervise them inside and therefore need Arrows socks.
• • All children must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
• • Everyone entering the facility (playing or not) must complete a waiver. Waivers are good for one year and can be signed online in advance.
• • No re-entry is allowed; wristbands will be cut off once you leave.
• • Patrons who are not respectful of others will be asked to leave.
• • No outside toys are permitted in the facility.
• • All children must be accompanied by their parents to the restroom.
• • Security cameras are in common areas.
• • Identifying bracelets are given upon entry and will be checked before exiting to ensure all guests are leaving with their responsible adult.
• • Arrows is an open space allowing parents full visibility at all times.
• • Balloons must be properly secured and weighted down before entering the building. A $50 balloon retrieval fee will be charged for any balloons removed from fans.
• • In party rooms, do not use thumbtacks or adhesives on walls; a $50 fee will be applied for items found affixed to walls. Banner stands, windows, and doors can be used for decorating.
• • The facility reserves the right to close during regular business hours for private parties, inclement weather, deep cleaning, etc.

📅Booking Policy

• • All party reservations require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 at the time of booking.
• • The remaining balance for parties is settled in person at the end of the party time.
• • All food orders for parties need to be placed and paid for within 48 hours of the party.
• • A minimum advanced reservation of 48 hours is required for parties.
• • An Arrows staff member will call the week of your party to confirm headcount and finalize food order.
• • All party attendees (adults & children) must have a signed waiver on file, completed prior to arriving.
• • Admission tickets are non-refundable.
• • Passes purchased online do not expire.
• • Gift cards are available for purchase online or in person.
• • Group/Field trip reservations of 8+ children (Mon-Thurs) require direct contact for booking.
