a year agoAustin Youth Sports is a fantastic organization for developing basketball skills along with a strong team mindset. The coaches are all excellent and very knowledgeable about basketball, ensuring the kids learn the correct fundamentals from the start. James is very organized, a great communicator, and cares about each and every player. My son has really enjoyed his time with AYS and is looking forward to continuing with the team!

a year agoWe have been with Austin Youth Basketball for over a year and we really love it. The owner is very engaged and he tracks very closely every kid on the club. He focuses on developing kids as a team, not just as individuals. That's also why the Phoenix team has improved so fast in Austin. He also brought in very professional coaches for training, even some NFL players. We are very satisfied and grateful to be part of Austin Youth Basketball.

a year agoMy son has been with AYS for the past 3+ years learning to play basketball. I'm amazed at how he has morphed from a 11-year-old basketball newbie into a skilled player he is today who I'm so proud of! As the owner, James knows a lot about basketball and is very good at finding out about the kids' strengths and weaknesses. The coaches in the club have a lot to offer when it comes to teaching the kids how to play basketball well. AYS has also been a great place for my son to have made some really close friends who've been enjoying the common interest in playing basketball. I highly recommend AYS if the above is what you are seeking for your kid(s)!
