Logan was wonderful, and understanding! It was New Year's Day, and close to calling but he did his best, and above to meet my criteria of sizing for shoes 4-6, and weight 115lb. Most of the packages did not fit these sizes, Logan looked through multiple bindings, and boards to try substitute for an affordable pricing ensuring I leave happy. He was knowledgeable of the sport, checked the alternative price online, differentated models and brands, and explained the set-up for bindings to board. He provided insight on items' not so much of a difference, and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He definitely needs a pay raise! There is a dog sometimes at the location. Not sure if it's hypoallergenic.

Ordered a wakeboard and a life vest from the website. Bart’s had the lowest price of any site I researched. Also delivered the next day. I have heard about Barts for years and how great they are. They definitely lived up to everything I heard. Highly recommend.

Great selection of life vests and tubes. We needed new life vests after purchasing our jetski. They have a large selection with a variety of sizes (even 5XL!). We decided to purchase a tube as well to tow behind the jetski. Highly recommend!

Ordered a 980$ surf board for wake surfing ! Tested it for 5 minutes ! Been riding same style and brand board for years , the new one wasn’t the same at all as previous years . They told me they don’t return used items . lol 5 minutes of use ! Then said it looked used ? Then said I’d have to pay a 20% restocking fee and shipping to return . Worst company I’ve ever purchased from in my life .
