a year agoThe community center has lots of support for families. The family resource center has a open play and some targeted groups as well. It is not a huge place, but there is plenty for kids to do and it's easy to keep track of them. The coffee is hot in the morning, the snacks are stocked, and the staff is very helpful. The dad's group is a great place to chat and discover dad's with similar concerns.

a year agoWent there to the panty, haven't been to a pantry I'm 6+yrs. Very nice and welcoming. Had free plants (vegetables) that you could get & gave a bit of everything I remember in the past other pantries gave more canned foods than anything and then you wouldn't have meats or anything. Definitely recommend this place for any activities because everyone is so nice.

2 years agoBay View Community Center is a wonderful asset to the area. My baby shower was held here and the front room is beautiful and perfect for a smaller sized gathering (less than 40 I think). I would highly recommend for a small event space. I haven’t attended but know they offer a variety of community programs also.

2 years agoAC is an improvement. Hard to tell if other things have changed. It's been a long break. Weight class for seniors restarted but we didn't know it for weeks. Friend told us. Good to see the dummies for seniors gang again. Small enrollment. But the regulars. Good to be moving again, even if it's gently.
