2 months agoA Shady Little Gem (Literally and Figuratively) Nestled in the heart of downtown Miami, this small, gated playground offers a rare sight in the city—actual play equipment! With decent shade and plenty of benches, it’s a solid spot for a quick break. However, don’t expect your little ones to stay entertained for long. Mine lasted about 10–15 minutes before declaring boredom, which, given the limited options, was fair. The most amusing part? A sign insisting this playground is meant for kids 5–12, despite it being way more suited for the toddler crowd. Maybe the sign-maker has a very different idea of “thrill-seeking” than most kids do. Overall, a decent find if you need a quick play stop, but don’t expect an adventure park. At least the breeze is nice!

a year agoOn the water no swings clean squirrels birds kids everything is real cool here on the water so it’s very peaceful for you to watch the kids while they play on the playground. The swings are important to us because the baby likes wings and likes to get swung around in the swing so it’s better if there were swings but there’s no swings. I think there’s a lot liability.

It's an excellent spot for a day out in the city.

a year agoThe park is open at 8 AM in the morning there’s a lot of squirrels and there’s a lot of birds and I like running around here and playing with all the playground but there’s no swings. I love swing swings are the best wings are my favorite I like swinging with my dad because he likes to push me and watch me laugh.

3 months agoA very peaceful place to walk. We walked here with our puppy and he was having a blast. Lots of grass for him to run around and play. It's near the water and downtown so it definitely gives a Miami vibe to it. I highly recommend it to everyone!
