9 months agoI'll start with the positive, my daughters loved the floating inflatable obstacle course. But we paid a lot of money to enter this attraction, we weren't staying at the campground, and I must say it felt extremely overcrowded. I'm not a complainer, most every one of my reviews is five stars. But for the price we paid, over $100, this was not a great experience. Not enough chairs, and I would assume if you are charging $17 to enter a man-made swimming pond, at least you would have enough chairs available. Extremely crowded, almost felt a little unsafe to be honest with you. And again I'm not a complainer. Would not go back, and would highly recommend not visiting this on a weekend!

2 years agoMust go place in the area, better with 7 years old kids and elder. Cabana was very clean and convinient, but I guess it is only because we were the first to use it during the day. Haven't seen anyone coming to clean it between the customers. The lake and the Ninja Track - are amazing! So fun and nice!

3 years agoMy 4 kids loved it! They went on it for one hour, then come out to the regular beach to play more and relax. $10 per person for one hour. The kids who are under 6 years old can't go on it. You will have to sign the waiver form for your children. There is a small gift shop inside. They do have a food menu to order some food here also.

3 years agoBear Paw Beach is a perk of staying at Jellystone Campground. Just like the campground, the staff here is well-trained, friendly and courteous. Adventure Island is an hourly add on that provides fun and entertainment for ages 6 and over. Once strapped into your life vest, there are a few rules to learn. They provide a quick video as well as guards on the Island to watch over. No diving off, pushing, blocking paths, etc. standard water safety smarts. made it through the course about twice in the hour session. The course is challenging for all ages. Test your inner warrior or build a sand castle. If floating obstacle courses aren't in your future... grab a cabana or treat yourself with a drink from the Tiki bar. Definitely plan ahead as Bear Paw Beach and Adventure Island gets busy. Plan a day or weekend at a well thought ultra kid friendly stop in Caledonia.

2 years agoHad a really great experience our first time here. We definitely plan to come back and do some things we didn't get to do. One thing to keep in mind is check weather before going and plan accordingly for weather and booking activities like we did and it works out. Also if you plan to walk at night make sure to bring light as of course it gets dark but beware of the beetles haha
