a year agoFinally made it here and glad we did. Kids had a BLAST. Great facility, could use some love but still great. $13 for us 3 so that’s very reasonable. There’s a locker room/bathrooms and showers to use. Since the weather is cold out it feels really nice inside the pool area—-very humid and chlorine filled but comfortable. Lifeguards were plenty and alert. Will be on our rainy day rotation. 😎

9 months agoBethesda Park Aquatic Center is one of the Gwinnett Public Community indoor Pool open all year round. Admission is $5.50 for local Gwinnett County Residence. The facility has two lap pools usually reserved for swimming classes, a lazy pool, & slides. Hours of operation are from 8am until 6pm, then 7pm till 9pm Monday-Thursday, Friday & Saturday 9am-6pm, and Sunday 1pm-6pm. Bethesda aquatic center is located within Bethesda Park in Lawrenceville City not accessible by Gwinnett Bus Transit but maybe accessible by Gwinnett Micro-transit. I’ve been here plenty of times for the past three years, exploring what Gwinnett County has to offer in each 7 cities in the area. A family oriented setting with lifeguards on standby. There’s sitting areas in front of the entrance with vending machines and showers & lockers. During hotter days of the summer, their indoor swimming pool is a safe haven from the scolding heat.

a year agoLove this place !! Fun and inexpensive day trip!! The water was luke warm and room temp was about 80 degrees. If you throw a birthday party here, ask Staff to turn off A/C in party room. But overall we had a blast!!

a year agoHad a birthday party here for my son. The room is basic, but it's kept near and clean. There are multiple lifeguards on watch at all times, and they were watching diligently. My son had a blast on the slide, and on the play area towards the right side. The water was nice and warm like a bathtub. The current on the lazy river isn't exactly that lazy lol. My son and his father enjoyed it nonetheless. Also, the woman helping at the front desk was very helpful. If you have any questions, or need to get in contact with someone, their staff responds in a timely manner. The pricing for the Aquatic Center is extremely reasonable as well.
