I brought my daughter and her friends to Big Air on cosmic night (glow night) for her 14th birthday, and they had an absolute blast! Non-stop fun from start to finish there was something for everyone, no matter the age. The atmosphere was energetic and perfect for a birthday celebration. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time at Big Air. Let me start by say everything was neat clean and organized it is a very big place. My grandson went on the harnessed climbing wall, halfway through one of the walkways he got scared and was afraid to move. Xzandria was the person on at that time. She harnessed up, climbed to my grandson and guided my grandson down safely. I was very impressed by her professionalism, and how calm she was in the situation. It’s a fun place to take the children, and I was impressed by the staff.We will be back. Thank you Xzandria.

We absolutely love Big Air. We've had a membership for a couple years now and my 3 boys always have a blast. Employees are so helpful and friendly when were here, especially Tyler.

I love this place. My daughter had her friends and cousins here for her birthday today, and the manager Steven was very accommodating. He helped us with whatever we needed, he truly was awesome. The front desk staff, Bryanna, was amazing. Super sweet and helpful. Will recommend this place to others and appreciate these 2 staff members for everything they've done. Awesome team!! Will definitely be back.
