Even tho my son loves going here. We unfortunately have to stop going here. Everytime we go in there I have to remind the employees to check the wrist band when leaving rather them being on their phones and talking among eachother. It's a safety concern I have not only for my son but for other kids too. It's unfortunate due to this reason I will no longer be returning. I ask them three times and obviously their life's are more than if a kid was to be taken or take off on their own. You really should do something about this before a incident does end up happening. It would really be upsetting if it does.

Billy Beez is amazing!! My kids love coming here! It’s clean, the staff are friendly and the playground is huge! Brian went above and beyond for us during our visit here. Plus point - One of us gets to shop while the other one watches the kids here :)

First time at this place, so spacious and fun. Although our daughter is young, she loved it! One thing though, don’t rely on parents to keep their kids in check. Saw enough lazy parenting to where kids were throwing balls at strangers, trying to pull on things, or attempt to break items. Do better, not everyone’s job to babysit your kids

My daughter had tons of fun at this play place. She loves the slides, and climbing on everything. The only downside is some things were broken and the employees weren't that friendly. Plus, it is quite pricey. I'm not sure why adults have to pay if we sit and watch our child, and don't play. $19 is enough for 1 child.

I took my daughter and visiting nieces to play there during the summer. They enjoyed themselves. It was fun and safe. They even made me prove my daughter was mine before I was allowed to exit since she had ripped out and lost her wristband at some point while inside. It was bright, colorful, lively, energetic, happy and fun for the children. It was also clean and staff kept coming around to make sure it stayed that way.
