in the last weekAfter waiting 10 minutes to talk to auto parts person I asked for an oil filter # for my lawn mower. I was told I would have to go over to small engine window and talk to that person. No one was at that window, and I waited 10 more minuets as I watched the first guy wait on several more people ignoring me. After realizing no one was going to wait on me I left and went to O'Reilly Auto parts a block away a that person looked it up and found the Wix # for it in 20 seconds. Farm and fleet carries it. Bad parts service. Lost my business.

4 months agoGood selection of things. The prices are a bit high, but there are a few good deals. The power items are particularly decent. I feed my dog the Blain's branded dog food. She is doing well on it.

2 months agoI am deeply disappointed in Blain’s Farm & Fleet for its discriminatory practices. On a recent visit, I was subjected to blatant racial profiling, as prepubescent, inexperienced employees were seemingly instructed to follow me throughout the store. This behavior was not only offensive but also entirely unwarranted. For the record, I have no need to engage in theftI am financially secure, own my home and vehicles outright, and maintain substantial savings and investments. The assumption that I, as a person of color, require surveillance while shopping is not only baseless but legally problematic. I refuse to support a business that engages in such prejudiced and humiliating treatment of customers. Going forward, I will take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same. If this is how you choose to operate, then consider this my final transaction with your establishment. Discrimination has no place in retail—or anywhere else. I suggest your management takes a serious look at its policies

2 months agoThis use really an easy on and out for whatever I need. The items they choose to stock are generally a good balance of quality and cost; wide selection; quick trip.

5 months agoGood pricing if you need your breaks replaced compared to other places around madison. One of the staff members was a little clueless on when they could get me in and was told they didnt have parts and would take a couple weeks to get in so id have to make another appointment, only to be told by another employee that they could do my brakes the same day. Overall a decent experience. The store itself has pretty outrageous pricing if you ask me.
