Blazin' Paddles

My husband and I did the half day Emerald Cave tour and it was awesome. We kayak a decent amount but I’ve never used sit a in kayak before (and was a little intimidated), however, they were so easy to use and I loved the pedal steering. The river was easy to paddle it did not feel like 4 miles (round trip). Chelsea was a fantastic guide. She gave us a fun history lesson of the river and cave as well as pointed out wildlife along the way. 100% would book again and specifically request Chelsea

Jeff was an awesome guide and provided an amazing day! Get out of the city and go make a memory! The full day was awesome! Hot springs, clear water and an overall great experience. I will definitely do it again.

Great adventure! We saw many wild animals and the trip was really easygoing. We could go faster or slower than the rest of the group but we wanted indeed to stick around to listen the guide! Melisa is super kind and very knowledgeable! She also took may pictures of us! Highly recommend the trip

I recently did a kayaking tour with Blazin’ Paddles, and honestly, it was a great experience overall. Right from the start, the staff was super friendly, professional, and really helpful. They made the whole process feel smooth and organized. I also appreciated that they gave us clear instructions before heading out and followed up ahead of time to confirm everything, which gave me confidence that we were in good hands. Our guide was kind, patient, and open to answering any questions, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It felt relaxed, never rushed, and I appreciated how approachable they were, especially for anyone who might’ve been new to kayaking. The kayaks themselves were solid and comfortable—not those short, flimsy ones you sometimes get on tours. You could tell they put thought into making sure the gear was good quality, which definitely makes a difference when you’re out on the water for a few hours. If I had one small piece of feedback, it would be that I wish our guide had volunteered a bit more information about the area as we went along. They were happy to answer questions when asked, but I noticed another group nearby was getting more of a storytelling vibe from their guide—facts about the history, nature, and surroundings. I think a little more of that would’ve made the experience even richer. That said, I still really enjoyed the tour. The scenery was beautiful, the vibe was peaceful, and it was a great way to spend time outdoors. I left feeling refreshed and would definitely do it again. If you’re thinking about kayaking while in the area, I’d absolutely recommend Blazin’ Paddles.

We did the half day/Emerald cave kayak from Willow beach with Melissa and had an amazing time. Due to some cancellations, it ended up just being myself and my partner and Melissa made sure we got the most of our visit - she answered our questions about the canyon and the river and took tons of lovely photos of us. This was my second time kayaking with Blazin’ Paddles and next time I want to do the 12 mile trip from a Hoover Dam!
