4 months agoWe got my 3.5 year old daughter in 2023 for weekday session. Coach was experienced and she understood the dynamics of each kid and was able to give them proper coaching. My daughter even started trying head stand on her own. Then in Fall 2024 we registered for weekend sessions as she was doing 5 day full day school. Weekend classes are just time pass for the management they put high school students as coach. My daughter’s coach was very lethargic and have not seen her doing a single move in the few sessions that we took. I found few other school going coaches being very proactive and energetic. We eventually stopped gymnastics for the interim and exploring other sports for now. Pros: They have sessions throughout the year and for all age groups from 18 months with flexible timings and affordable pricing Cons: You are lucky if you get a good coach

8 months agoI’m incredibly disappointed with Bothell Gymnastics. Unlike every other class we've experienced, they refuse to offer make-up classes or refunds for missed sessions during the summer. It’s frustrating and unfair, especially since most other programs are more accommodating. Their rigid policy shows a lack of flexibility and concern for their customers. It feels like they’re more interested in taking your money than ensuring a positive experience. I expected better, and I won’t be recommending them to anyone.

2 years agoBoth my kids go here for gymnastics and they love it. We also just used the venue for my son's 5th bday. All the kids had so much fun! Great place

6 years agoThis place is horrible. In my kid’ third class(including the trial class), her feet got injured by the hazard existed in the gym ground due to their unfulfilled safety responsibility. This dangerous sharp metal bottom (I uploaded the picture) should not be there and I do not know how long it has been there like this. I asked for the accident record and received it. After that, I communicated with them via emails. All the emails were uploaded here in order to let people know that, the owner are trying to deny their responsibility and still evident me that they take the safety issue very seriously. If they value safety, how can that kind of hazard exist in the ground. Safety is not to fix the hazard after someone got injured, but most importantly to keep the environment safe in advance. I was so disappointed by Keala the owner’ attitude during this whole communication process. She was not willing to admit their fault and apologize. What I requested was a formal apology and receive no response at this point. This place is definitely not a good place for kids to learn. If nothing happens, everyone is happy. If injury happens, what they do and say just prove what kind of people they are. Please read all the emails if you have time.
