3 months agoIt’s $100 a month for the toddler group plus $36 registration fee. Which is fine. It’s 45 min - once a week. The issue is - If you can’t make it - there is no make up opportunity - and you can’t switch between classes for different time. Death in the family - no make up. Sick - no make up. No exceptions. Not even for a class that has open spots. I’d opt for a slightly more compassionate and flexible space if not for this is the closest place to us - still 18 min away. That being said - My daughter loves the equipment. That’s about it. I know all this from a discussion I had with them 1/31. Strange for a company to write a response saying they have no contact from me when I have text messages saying otherwise - getting stranger….

a month agoI REALLY wish they had a any option for making up classes. Since it is so expensive, many kids come very sick. I wish they welcomed kids with hand sanitizer and didn't let kids outside to the public restrooms without shoes and then back into gym. No wonder so many are sick :( Plus, it's not safe sending littles to a public restroom outside of the gym alone (who knows if they even wash hands well alone). Also, I wish there were more spaces for parents to sit while waiting.

3 months agoIf your child struggles with adhd or any sensory processing issues this is definitely not the gymnastics school for you. The people who work there are fine, honestly just a bunch of young college girls that simply want your kid to act right without much thoughtfulness on their end. The owner basically mocked me over the phone when I said my son has some troubles focusing and is possibly dealing with some neurodivergence issues. He said basically that's just something people say when their child isn't listening. I hung in there for another month but it honestly felt like they just didn't want to deal with him, even gently suggesting that I pull him out. How unfair for a child who actually enjoyed the class and wanted to be there. It's meh, great for people with perfectly behaved toddlers that listen every time, if you know any of those that is.

7 years agoIncredible experience - above and beyond at every turn! This was hands down my kids favorite birthday party. The staff is very attentive, and there are many obstacles to enjoy. You can really tell everyone here cares about kids, their safety, but also just having a blast. They also have a wonderful drop in program where you can send your kid to burn off some energy for an hour or two.

2 years agoMy daughter has been taking gymnastics here for a year. She has lots of fun and she loves that I can watch her through the viewing windows. The teachers and staff are really sweet, positive and encouraging! Last year they offered make-up classes, but they no longer offer this. Other youth activities in town offer make-ups and I wish Bounce would bring that option back. It makes it rather expensive when you miss a class once in a while due to sickness.
