Bouncy-Town Indoor Play & Party

Very cold felt like no heat on at all . water leaking from ceiling in about 5 different places buckets catching water. I booked private party he booked another party at the same time and gave a 50 discount but don’t say anything until I arrive. Would not recommended

I forwarded the information about this business with the local general attorney's office. Do not send your kid here. A huge liability issue, my daughter could have been seriously injured or worse. As a dad, I want to protect my kid from danger. This is a place no parent should send there kids too. They were closing shop and my kid was still in the bouncy castle. They were deflating the castle WHILE my kid was still in the castle. My kid was crying for help, fortunately we were able to rescue her. I am more then livid, to say the least.

The big obstacle course bounce smelled like syrup up front and pee in back. The princess castle bounce house smelled strongly of cat urine. The bounce house with the pedestals had a big hole in the back left under a blue area. Not noticeable until you go near it and literally go into the bounce house tubing, letting air out as well - Definitely a dangerous situation. The trampoline was broken and had a towing strap holding it together. There was an area up front behind a white mesh net that had little tents that (assuming) the people slept in overnight. It was just an... interesting... experience.

Good luck we’ve been here ten different times on different days and every time there’s a private party renting out the entire place and they don’t let anyone in.

We had our son's 7th birthday at Bouncy Town. The venue was great and the children did not want to leave. All of the bounce houses were fully inflated and operation. We all had a fantastic time. The pricing was very affordable and the staff were polite and welcoming. We will definitely be back! **If you are bringing in party supplies grab a shopping cart at the front entrance near target and if you have little runners, bringing some no-slip socks!!** Thank you Bouncy-Town for supporting OUR community!
