Fun place with bowling and a nice arcade. Bowling is pricey at the vip section but it is much nicer than the normal area. Food/drinks are way overpriced but everything else seems about on par with other arcades. They have plenty of different machines that are fun to play. Compared to other venus this feels like a safe place even at night. Hard to find that in memphis.

Never book any event or party here. They 100% value a profit over doing the right thing. I put up $365 for a birthday party. I ended up with COVID the day of the party and had to cancel 4 hours before. I am a single dad to 3 beautiful children and my two daughters have birthdays within 2 days of each other. I booked at Bowlero to throw a special party for them. This is only the second birthday my girls have had since losing their mom to cancer a year and half ago. Half the people attending the party lived 3+ hours away. After having to cancel, I spoke with them about all these circumstances and let them know that I am not interested in a store credit or rescheduling because many of the people it was booked for lived out of town and as a single dad to 3 it’s not easy to plan events. Not only that, but I live in Southaven 40 minutes away so it’s not like redeeming store credit would be convenient. After multiple calls discussing these circumstances, they never once offered to do the right thing. I understand reservations and contracts and how as a company sometimes holding the money put up front is the right call. But clearly based off of my circumstances, that is not at all right. Me canceling due to COVID (which I told them I would gladly send to them the doctor’s note as proof) and giving them as much notice as possible made them lose out on nothing, yet they are holding my $365. Way to earn that money Bowlero 👏

The bowling alley was nice, however it was super expensive. I brought my toddler for her first bowling experience and they didn't have enough of the bowling slides and our bumpers didn't work and despite asking for help with those two things multiple times they did nothing about it. They did give us some free bowling coupons after we had finished bowling, but we were there from out of town so we won't be able to use them and had to give them to family to use. All in all, not the best bowling experience and super expensive.

First time going here I went with my family to watch them both so I can't give it five stars cuz I didn't get to bowl but my family seem to enjoy it really well I recommend you bringing your family and if you want to bring a date there's a special section of bowling alley with a bar just for adults so it's a great date night

I’ve been coming to this bowling alley for a while, but after my last visit, I’m seriously reconsidering. I was FIRST in line to renew my lane, but they refused because of reservations. Fine, I get that. But what really ticks me off is that they wouldn’t even put me on a waiting list—I had to go to the back of the line and start over. That’s ridiculous. If they’re going to enforce a reservation system, the least they could do is have a fair process for open lanes instead of making people jump through hoops. Super frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.
