Bowlero Mandarin

I took my daughters to go bowling here yesterday and I had a very wonderful experience. The service was spectacular. They made us feel extremely special by welcoming us with cookies. They also had someone walk us directly to where we needed to go and showed us around. I surely would recommend going here and I plan to go back.

I booked a party online using a code for 15% off and for 6 people. With that discount I paid approx $170 for the party. (Prepay online) We had a blast. The atmosphere was great as soon as we walked in. They did have a line when we got there, but we didn't wait long since we had a reservation and jumped the line. Yay! We grabbed our shoes and bowled for 2 solid hours. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The guy working our table and helping us was very sweet and super helpful. 👌 my son, whose birthday it was, had fun and wants to go back and do it again lol. I highly suggest booking a party online for large groups. Save some money and prepay online. It's easy and saves you so much time. We put a tab at the food area and got a pitcher of beer, lol and that was easy and smooth too. We also played some games. One big game wasn't working correctly, but other wise the kids said the prices per game were not as bad as other places we have been and there's a good variety of them.

We booked tow lanes for my son's birthday with some of his friends. It was on a league night and they had a sign for pur reserved lanes. The waitress was brand new but she was extremely attentive and we did not wait for anything. I came here as a little kid when it was Bow America and I can tell you they have improved the environment and service immensely. Food wise, it is bowling alley food but was very good. I highly recommend this bowling alley for any events you have.

We always have a wonderful time when we bowl at Mandarin Bowlero. The staff are great and treat us like family. Eric is awesome. Elisha is so sweet. Roger is always smiles and helpful. Debbie is nice and patient. Medo always makes a point of saying hi and asks about the family Amanda is great and makes the best sweet tea!

Took my date here on a Friday night. Reserved a lane for a set time. Everything went smooth and great. The small details made it feel really special. I didn't expect them to do all that. My name on a piece of paper at our reserved table, a couple of free cookies, and table service. Thanks Bowlero for making our night feel special.
