a week agoWE HAD A TIME LAST NIGHT!!!! The lanes were good, the FOOD WAS HITTING ALL METRICS! FRESHNESS, TEMPERATURE, AND PRESENTATION!!! The built-in indoor food truck design was really classy! I love the feel and flow. The Bartenders were 🔥 Cameron and his female partner in crime made some GREAT GREAT PITCHER DRINKS!!! Strawberry Margarita and a BMF are amazing. Come and enjoy with your love ones!

4 months agoPricing was high for a weeknight, but we enjoyed our bowling experience. Well maintained lanes, chill crowd, nice bartender. However, I am not able to recommend this location due to the male worker at the counter coercing a 22% tip out of my party. To be clear, the staff did not go above and beyond and did nothing outside of assigning us our lane and handing us our shoes. After my boyfriend signed the receipt (which was not itemized), the employee informed us that he "forgot to check the box to leave a tip" and checked it for him, thus leaving himself a very large tip. This same employee seemingly overcharged the other two people within our party, as we only played three (3) games and the total was nearly $70.00.

2 months agoI can see why they sponsor this bowling alley on google because they need to bring in business. Definitely on the higher side of costs to bowl at $7 per game and $6 for shoe rental. Took us over 5 minutes to be helped, the couple in front us was clearly having an issue getting a lane. Our lane didn’t return our balls the first 3 bowls and then it wouldn’t reset the pins either. Had to get someone to help with that on both issues. Their menus have a QR code and say scan to order and pay but that didn’t work. Went to the counter to order food, not the friendliest people taking orders, and their internet was down so you couldn’t pay with a credit card. Waited at the empty bar to order a drink for a couple minutes, again not an overly social bartender which seems rare. Drink selection is meh. The lanes are pretty close together and the arcade also has few actual arcade games mostly just games where you press a button to play. Can’t say I’d go back here again.

2 years agoGreat place to take the family! Love the atmosphere! Every time we've gone, it's cosmic bowling-which the kids absolutely adore! Every single employee is so kind. They could not be nicer or more accommodating. I recommend Bowlero Riverview anymore.
