3 months agoWe had a great time celebrating our holiday party. Top notch service from start to finish. Really nice job with everything, we were very happy with the entire experience.

a month agoNever enough staff and this is why.... As an employee, management is terrible, there is no training, the GM has a bad attitude and terrible listening skills. 2 of the bartenders are related and the daughter of the oldest is territorial and messy. Extremely high turnover rate. I came in making good sales, nice tips, the customers are nice but the work environment is not. As a customer, I wouldn't recommend either. You will be waiting for a while just to get soggy nachos. Depending on the day you decide to bowl. As I stated, not enough staff, so servers are limited. So many orders coming in, I have to leave the bar just to help serve, and check on orders from the kitchen for $9/hour.

a month agoGreat bowling place!! Good music, balls and lanes. The unlimited pass is unbeatable for what the place offers. Food portions are small :/

a month agoNot a good experience. This place was very understaffed. Waited in line just to get shoes for almost 20 minutes. They didn’t have some of the sizes that we needed. When we got to our lane, our screen was not working. Our lane was not working either, and we brought it to the attention of the clerk. No one seemed to care. We sat at our lane waiting for help for almost 30 minutes before we decided just to ask for a refund from management. The manager was very pleasant. They need to hire more competent workers.

4 months agoCame here the day after Christmas as a last minute activity while in town, and so we could get a new ball. Saw the sign posted for $5.99 bowling Monday - Thursday. Asked the clerk and he said it was $10 for bowling and $5.99 for shoe rental for “Holiday Pricing”. I asked him if he knew the sign was still posted to which he said “Yup”. The sign remained posted while we waited for our ball to be finished. Ended up finding an establishment that wasn’t falsely advertising.
