Had a good experience with my sons birthday. He and his friends liked it. Only complaint was during laser tag you no longer are required to return to base after getting hit. After someone hits you, respawning is in place and you csn shoot whoever shot you back.

Had my son’s 6th bday party here this past weekend and had an absolute blast! Such a simple process, show up and party! Customer service from every employee was top tier from start to finish. Our party host was so kind and professional even being just a 6 year olds party. Would definitely book again and recommend!

We had a corporate retreat here, and the place and staff were awesome. It was fun with the ability to de-stress on your coworkers. I recommend for team bonding.

I was annoyed earlier but overall it’s a cool place. Most of the staff is really nice. They’re willing to refund money on cards when machines don’t work which is really nice. Games are overpriced tho.. $1.50-$5 for maybe 1-2 minutes of playtime is craazy. I’d probably end up spending more if the games were a bit cheaper. The laser tag is cool and everything is pretty clean. Lots of snacks and drink options too. PS my review earlier was very Karen-like and I apologize :(

What a fantastic location to hold a birthday party. The kids have so many choices to play together, like laser tag , obstacle courses or the trampoline area. I loved that we were not rushed in and out of the place either. One hour in the party room was more than enough to get the group together. Feed them cut the cake open presents, etc. And then back to playtime. My son Connor had such a great day celebrating his 12th birthday with his friends. Bravoz staff members are courteous, efficient, responsive. Excellent customer service.. Special thanks to Ciera and Finleigh, Who did a fantastic job, Paid attention to all the details, Ciera was on top of everything during our time in the party room. Also, I loved hanging out with the other parents in the restaurant area, where they had different appetizers, like wings, beers, pretzels. It was a good time. I love that Bravoz is spacious, clean, (not crazy loud and cramped like Urban Air) and from the restaurant area you can see just about every area of the place so it’s easy to keep an eye on the kids. Keep up the good work!
