7 months agoThis is a very nice park that gives an amazing experience of nature. Buffalo Bayou is on the side of the park with a small trail and playground. Definitely a great place to bring family and friends. It's a little hidden jem right inside the neighborhood so it's not too crowded.

a year agoI came here specifically to check out the kayak launch. There is no parking, except for on the side of the road. The sign says parking limit is two hours, it used to be three hours. If I were to park here specifically to use the kayak ramp, I would probably be parked here all day in violate this sign. Kayak launch is built pretty well. It’s got a few cutbacks and steep steps, because of this a moderately sized kayak or heavy kayak, is going to require two people to carry it up and down. I think this is the best they could do because of how steep the banks are in this area. I came to this area during a period of good water flow. I was not expecting the flow to be this high.

a year agoYou can enjoy the natural view of Buffalo bayou. They park appears reopen recently and good for kids to enjoy them pleasant morning and evening. The running water on Buffalo bayou helps you get more relaxed and get your stress down. Be careful when you take down kids with you in the path downward to bayou.

2 years agoIt’s a nice park if you are here for chilling but I was thinking about hiking on a trail and a bit tough road for my group. This place itself very nice. Come and chill. If you have a canoe 🛶 you can go out from here as well. Cheers 🥂
