Bright Raven Gymnastics Inc

Three of our children have taken classes here, from the most basic to a ninja warrior style course. For the most part everyone we’ve encountered has been helpful and reasonable. They could improve customer service, but otherwise our experience with them has been good.

I grew up going to Bright Raven, from summer camps to high school tumbling. I’m now a coach and I was looking for a space for my girls to tumble so this was obviously my first choice. When we called to inquire, the lady who answered laughed in our face as if it were some kind of joke that we would even ask. I was extremely disturbed by this and honestly hurt because this is a place that I always highly recommend to anyone looking. Customer service should never go this way and I will never pay money to be in a space we’re not truly welcomed.

Disappointing, the so called screening that we had to fill out was collected after the meet had already begun. If there was a compromise it would have been to late to take proper measures to ensure safety. The staff was rude as were home team parents.

Disappointed with the treatment of my daughter. They didn’t pay attention to her, rude when she asked questions and was not helpful. Each person we have dealt with has been cold and unwelcoming. We will not go back to their facility.

Took my son here for a camp over the summer and he had a great time always so excited to go back!
