10 months agoWe saw our first show here today, passing through town on our way back home. The cast was very talented and the theatre is a nice space. It was a very funny show, These Tangled Webbs. Affordable and fun entertainment.

6 years agoWe never even knew this wonderful small theater existed. It is an inexpensive way to enjoy very good plays. It is intimate with every seat having a good view of the stage. They have nice snacks & drinks for a small donation. The play we saw today was The Green Book, not like the movie, but based on the same history. The acting was great and the story was very moving, especially the 2nd act. If we weren't moving out of state we would buy season tickets. I highly recommend people check this venue out.

7 years agoThe theater is located on the 3rd floor of the Henry Clay building. I have been to this theater a couple of times in the past and have been impressed with each show. This one was no exception, and quite possibly the best show to date (A Chanukah Christmas). It is a wonderful story with something for everyone. I strongly recommend it for those that are Jewish, as well as those who are not. I found the acting to be on par with the best professional theaters in Louisville. The writing and directing are top notch. The staff of volunteers are friendly and accommodating. The theater is small with an intimate setting. There are perhaps 150 to 200 seats, which are comfortable. There is no such thing as a bad seat in this theater. I look forward to the next show!

4 years agoI Bet On The Nag was a funny, thoughtful, entertaining production for Juergen Tossman and his team. His wit, and artistic painting of the human condition is beautiful. As I have seen in his past productions, the surface is always light and engaging. He always displays a depth of character, the flavor of Americana while reflecting the values we respect. But, most of all, it's a good time, lots of laughs and maybe a couple tears. The acting was terrific. Thanks Juergen, you are a true gem!
