absolutely beautiful venue for an enchanted evening out on the town...this place feels extra magical at Christmas time

Outstanding night at the theater! EVERYONE who worked there was absolutely lovely to us! Excellent seats, historic (if not Greco-Roman/Pagan), and a a world class performance of Charles Dicken's A Christmas Carol! A family night to remember forever!

I only wish the seats were more comfortable. Everyone in my group was complaining of back pain and so thankful for the hot tub in our hotel. Otherwise, my 24hr drive home would have been absolutely miserable. Other than that, great acoustics, great view of the stage area even where I sat in the nosebleed section.

We enjoyed world class music at this historic theatre in Pittsburgh. Staff were helpful and there doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the house. Only thing I would suggest is better concessions - perhaps some local or healthier options and not just Pepsi and m&M's. Overall we had a great experience and would return.

Went to see a great show "The Entitled Housewife". We had great seats and EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER was incredibly nice, helpful and pleasant as we were greeted with smiles from each one! Thanks for a fun night out Byham Theater and others.
