Camp Anothen

We have attended summer camps for the past 2 years and my daughter ABSOLUTELY has a blast every time! She literally talks about it for the entire year. Camp Anothen has opened up their grounds for birthday parties, so we jumped on the idea! They were so accommodating when it came to dates, having outside vendors and themes! The day of the party kids of all ages had a blast playing the ENTIRE DAY zip lining, playing Gaga ball, tag, dancing, exploring and just being kids in a safe environment ! Kids left the party crying because they didn't want to leave! Thank you for making daughters 9th birthday such an amazing experience

My daughter has attended Camp Anothen for the last 2-3 years as a camper and this is her first summer working there as an LIT! She has absolutely LOVED being able to assist the Camp Counselors and help with the younger kids. We signed her up to work for two weeks and she continues to ask if she can work more weeks. This is an amazing opportunity for younger teens to gain leadership experience and volunteer hours.

Camp Anothen is absolutely amazing! I would send my kids there all summer long if it were possible

My 7 yr old son loves this place! He has been going to Camp Anothen the past 3 summers and just attended the T-giving Break Camp Days. We have no idea what goes on during the camp day (except for advertised activities and what he tells us), but he can't seem to get enough of the place! I appreciate the Christian themes, and it is much more diverse than the other similar camps. Having a bi-racial son, representation matters, and CA has a great mix of campers and counselors! How much do we love it? We live in Frisco and make arrangements for him to attend every summer! Great work, CA staff!

My daughter had the most amazing time at camp Anothen. She attended the last week camp was offered and the counselors were just as excited to see the kids. She loved her counselor "Peanut". Everyday when she would get in the car from camp, she would say she was ready to go right back. Thank you for giving my daughter such a wonderful experience.
