• • Cell phones are not allowed for campers, volunteers, or staff during camp due to liability reasons.
• • Missionaries assist campers with daily hygiene needs (getting dressed, showers, brushing teeth, changing briefs, handling accidents in bed).
• • If a camper needs to go to the bathroom or Medical Station at night (e.g., 2 am), the counselor and a cabin leader (third person) will accompany them.
• • Camp Parents (ages 30+) provide support for cabins, act as a third person when needed, and wash laundry for the cabins.
• • Parents are asked to stay no longer than 30 minutes during camper arrival to help campers settle in.
• • Not encouraged for parents/guardians to visit or call their child during camp unless it's for a pre-arranged program/event, to prevent homesickness and aid camper adjustment.

📅Booking Policy

• • Camper registration requires creating a profile and completing an application on the website.
• • Space for campers is very limited; registration is advised only if there is a high probability of attendance.
• • A $100 camper registration fee (deposit) is required to hold a camper's spot.
• • The full camp registration balance ($975) must be paid 60 days prior to the start of the camp session (no later than May 15th for summer camp).
• • Camp Conquest reserves the right to cancel a camper's registration and allocate their spot to a waiting list camper if the full balance is not paid 60 days prior.
• • Payment plan options and E-check capabilities are available.
• • If a camper needs to leave a day early, prior notification is required via jamie@campconquest.com or 901-545-2267 (CAMP).
• • A $50 fine will be exacted for every 45 minutes past the scheduled pick-up or drop-off time.
