💡Pro Tips from Reviews

  • If considering for individual child enrollment, inquire specifically about bullying policies and staff-to-camper ratios for supervision and intervention.
  • Be prepared for outdoor bathroom access, especially if visiting during colder months (e.g., snow camp).
  • This venue appears best suited for pre-organized groups rather than individual family drop-ins or day camp experiences.

Things to Consider

  • A specific report of relentless bullying and rumor-spreading among campers.
  • Allegations of staff inaction regarding reported bullying incidents.
  • Bathrooms are located outside cabins, which might be a concern depending on weather or preference.

Price & Value

No specific pricing information is available from the reviews. Value appears high for organized groups based on repeated positive experiences and bookings, but individual camper value is not explicitly clear.

Accessibility & Special Needs

  • Bathrooms are outside, which may present accessibility challenges for some individuals or during inclement weather.
  • No other specific accessibility features mentioned in the reviews.

👥Crowd Levels

  • No specific information on crowd levels for the general public. Group bookings imply varying crowd sizes depending on the specific group event.

🛡️Safety Features

  • A significant concern raised regarding staff's perceived inaction on bullying and rumor-spreading, indicating a potential weakness in social safety protocols or intervention effectiveness.
  • No explicit positive safety features like active monitoring or first aid stations were mentioned; rather, a negative incident highlights a potential gap in social safety.

When to Avoid

  • Parents primarily concerned about bullying and seeking strong, guaranteed anti-bullying measures and proactive staff intervention might need to rigorously verify current policies and their effective implementation.
  • Individual families looking for drop-in activities or general day camp experiences, as it seems geared towards organized groups and retreats.

Camp Lee Canyon was fun, sure, but I was relentlessly bullied and they didn't do anything to stop it. Rumors were made about me and my friends and nothing was done about it. Camp was fun tho ig.

Amazing and relaxing for school trips. Staff is friendly and very understanding, even if the students can be a little dumb.
