Absolutely the best for bike packing. The man in the 2nd picture, I did not get his name, was professional and very knowledgeable. He patiently spent hours with me on two separate trips while I asked numerous questions. I finally made my decision and my bike is ready for my first trip this weekend.

For bike packing equipment this is the best store ever. Great selection of products, very good pricing and the most friendly staff anywhere. Highly recommend.
