a year agoJust went last Saturday with my class and loved the experience. Nice, knowledgeable people, easy to follow instructions, and an overall amazing experience. I recommend slowing down at times to look at the wildlife and enjoy nature. It adds to the experience. Would definitely do this again.

2 years agoJay has been doing shuttles and rentals For me for a few years now. He is a wealth of knowledge And is a perfect ambassador to the Saluda. He believes in community and is unbelievably dependable. I wish more outfitters ran their operations the way Jay does.

7 years agoOur church group took a trip down the Saluda using Canoeing for Kids. The staff was excellent, they were friendly and very knowledgable. There were several people in our group who had never been in a kayak…after a short lesson everyone felt very comfortable taking this adventure. The river was absolutely beautiful! There were a couple small rapids to go through…fun not scary. When we finished the river trip we had a picnic lunch on the Canoeing for Kids property. The property is very well maintained and beautiful. We will definitely be taking this trip again next year!

a year agoGreat organization that provides outdoors opportunities to youth that otherwise wouldn't get them. They can also provide trips for your group.
