6 months agoHow fun to visit and see the changes, wonderful changes. My children are adults now, but still find things they enjoy. We had a little one with us, and how great to see his excitement petting the animals, finding the slides, jumping, and enjoying the country. He And for photographers, there is always another interesting frame to find and click the button.

6 months agoOne of the best kid’s Fall activities in Kansas City. They add note things every year. Eat some pumpkin donuts (yummy!) & kettle corn (yummier!). Visit the petting barn or goat corral that has 2 fenced in areas with a goat bridge. There’s a beautiful carousel, big & small slides, mini-train ride, pig races, bouncy platforms for 3 age groups, huge sandbox, corn pit, & lots of other activities from basketball shoot to tricycle track. We’ve been coming here for years and always spend 3-4 hours veggie we are queen out. Kids love it!

6 months agoGreat venue for family fun. Get out and meet the animals. Angus cattle, pigs, goats, chickens. Take a ride on the railroad that circles the property. Enjoy kettle corn, small batch wine, or a hamburger. Our family really enjoyed this outing, and this event has been added to our list of activities for next year. Fall Fest was AMAZING. 🍂 🍁 🎃

a year agoI wasn't sure if I could get in to visit and not pay admission- My girlfriend and I didn't have kids with us and we just wanted to checkout their fabulous store and pumpkins (and try those tasty pumpkin donuts I keep hearing about) I'm glad we visited! Didn't need to pay for a ticket. I enjoyed looking around the shop, they have a great assortment of gourds, pumpkins, mums, pumpkin butter, various baked goods, candles and decor- we both bought adorable Halloween earrings. The donuts were delicious! It's a fun place to visit with family or just a girls day out.

4 years agoWe bought season passes for our family this year, and it was worth every penny! We went 5 or 6 times, and met friends each time. It never felt like there were too many people there, and I appreciated that. Each time we were there, there was something we hadn't done or noticed the other visits. We really enjoyed the tractor rides, and picking out pumpkins this year. That was a new experience. My kids felt so at home, and the staff recognized us after a few visits. They even gave the kids extra food to feed to the animals on our last visit. I always felt we were safe, and you could tell precautions were taken to keep everything clean. Pretty sure my kids favorite parts were the little kids corn maze, and the combine they could climb into. The older kids, enjoyed the pedal course. We don't drink, but if you have older kids you don't have to accompany on everything, you can get a beer or wine slushy. (We are fans of the fudge, which is in the same shop.) We missed the corn pit this year, but I don't know how you'd clean something like that, so it was probably for the best. Hopefully it'll be back after the covid stuff has calmed down a little bit. We love Carolyn's, and it's really great for all ages, but especially the little kids. My only complaint is I wish their season was a little longer!!
