6 months agoVery impressed with Carter's. You can tell the owners care about the details. My child had a wonderful party there and we couldn't have been more satisfied. The room we selected was very spacious and decorated in an underwater theme. Plenty of chairs and tables could be configured as needed. Play time in the standard b-day party is 2 hours but they give you an extra hour after you party room is closed to truly maximize play time. They have slides, a ball pit, a foam pit, multiple types of swings, a zip line, a trampoline and a giant 2 story play park. Many of the activities are accessible for kids with disabilities too! All the play areas were clean and in good working order. Staff were all friendly and attentive to our needs but stayed to the background. The was a calming room if you child needed a break. Large clean bathrooms available for guests and plenty of seating in main play area for adults. There is even a small fenced off toddler area with lots of fun activities including a food-truck style camper. They have a fridge you can use for frozen items, free water, coffee and even popcorn. There is even a library area with a couch. Parking is free and there is handicap accessible entrance. Building and grounds are very well kept. Would highly recommend for a b-day party or just general play time for your kids.

a month agoWe went here for a birthday party today and my kids (6 & 4) loved it! Super clean, safe and lots of things to do. We’ll be back again for sure.

a year agoI think this is an awesome place for toddlers. We went right after when they opened at 12 noon and there were not a lot of people yet. He had a lot of fun and explore every corner of the place. The staff let him experience to ride the zipline halfway while my husband hold him. For kids that are really young, you have to keep an eye on them as the older kids can be rough playing sometimes. We left around 2pm when the crowd started to come in for mostly large groups celebrating birthdays. Overall experience, it was great!

4 months agoWent because they said they had something for kids of all abilities - and they do! Our daughter is partially paralyzed, but was able to navigate the jungle gym independently as well as the other play areas. The best part was that they would swap out the zip line seat for a swing so that she could use it too. They’d let her go a couple times in a row and then switch it back out for the other kids. Fantastic place and fantastic staff

3 months agoOur 2 year old loves this place! It’s affordable, the staff is very friendly, and there is something for everyone. However as a parent I find it extremely over crowded and sometimes a little un safe feeling especially on weekends. There doesn’t seem to be enough staff keeping the kids from running each other over (I.e monitoring who’s on the trampoline or how fast the merry go round is going). Our little one is constantly getting knocked over and head bonked by the bigger kids who don’t pay attention. A time limit or cap on the number of kids who can play at once would be so helpful.
