3 weeks agoMy family and I visited last year and we all loved it, so much that we decided to go back last weekend for another birthday party. Was highly disappointed when my 2 groups arrived and checked in at the exact same time with separate employees and were given 2 different colored time limit bracelets even though we were all jumping for 90 minutes. The bounce house’s are poorly taken care of, holes and torn patches everywhere. When stepping into some of the bounce house’s you sink straight to the floor, beware if you land on your backside you could break your tailbone. Aside from the never ending holes, there are dust bunnies, hair and used bandaids in the cracks of the bounce houses as well. I recommend packing LOTS of hand sanitizer and use the restroom before going. We will not be going back to this location.

3 weeks agoThe cost is crazy, which is why I would give it a 3. $60 to just get in is absurd. However, from a kids' perspective, they would give it a "4.5" so I'm leaving a 4. Overall, the layout is nicely designed and big enough that it doesn't feel overcrowded. They also had some very nice and polite young workers that day at the front counter.

a month agoNot toddler friendly nor designated area for toddlers and pricey. If my kids were older, it might be worth it. Looks cool, and FYI, you have to buy their socks. Be ready to dish out some $$$

2 months agoGrand daughter had fun here. I watched an employee take a swifter mop and clean up some liquid that was on the floor and when he was done he was talking to two co-workers. (Girls) While talking, he takes the dirty mop pad off the swifter and plays with it, twirling it in his fingers, then folds it up. He finally goes to throw it away, behind the counter, then proceeds over to the counter where you buy things to drink & eat. He never went to wash his hands! So, of course I walk up to the counter and I told the girl she might want to tell the kid to go wash his hands because he was touching that pad. Her response was...." OH, IT WAS ONLY WATER". I said and thousands of dirty nasty feet sweat as well. Then she says, well he isn't serving anyone. I told her to just go tell him to wash his hands please. This is something the employer should already have implemented in this germ establishment.

2 years agoThis is definitely one of the funnest family adventures to do and actually pretty budget friendly. Had my oldest sons 13th Birthday there and I’m not sure who had the most fun adults or kids. Pizza is Pizza Hut too so another plus in my family’s choosing. We were all hot sweaty and tired by end of the two hours. The best part for us old people was the feeling of being hit by a Mack truck the following 3 days. It’s a fun way to get your workout and spend time with the kiddo’s. Only reason for not 5 stars is the lack of employees which causes lack of attractions being open due to short staff.
