The delivery was on time and the bouquets were stunning, when she walked in with them I was immediately elated, it exceeded my expectations! Celebrate Bham went above and beyond to fulfill our custom balloon request and helped bring our event to the next level! The custom milkshake balloon arrangement they made was PERFECT for our 50's themed sorority function!
