This only park in Ybor City offers a busy place for several festivals, including the Cuban Sandwich fest in March and Saturday markets with vendors of all things like home made and home grown foods, clothing, jewelry, and creative crafts. The roosters and chickens rule the roost here and do not feed them! There are a few benches but no tables. Statues of prominent immigrants from Sicily and Italy guard the corners of the park. Come to enjoy the action. Come to enjoy the peace. Accessible pay by app street parking and lot parking. Cobbles stone streets can make the path challenging for strollers, wheel chairs, and electric carts. Try the Ybor trolley too.

I didn’t know about the chickens. I was just told if I’m going to visit Tampa, spend some time in Ybor. Imagine my surprise as I am visiting your lovely city and find a park full of chickens running around!!! The food in the area is incredible but nothing beats surprise chickens. 10/10

Tells the story of this property in historical perspective - underscoring the misery and suffering of slaves. We found the Park Service Rangers to be welcoming and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions about the tree species on the property, and passed along tips for exploratory walks.

Nice place to sit, enjoy your lunch or snack and you can catch the Trolley in the immediate vicinity.

So the market was amazing. The banana bread was the best food item there and they have gluten free options. while we were there we got this picture drawn by an amazing artist. The market is a must visit while in Tampa .
