a week agoThe Nature Center is a wonderful place for all ages. Today, we played at 1 of the Eco Tinker Stations & the music area, Saw the red-tailed hawk, 2 big owls, a slithering long snake, turtles & lots of green. Go & enjoy!

6 months agoNice, beautiful, calm location. Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing is I wasn't paying attention or the website is a little confusing when trying to book for kayaking. I thought I was getting a 2pm kayaking session but it ended up only being a general admission. The staff was willing to sign me up for the evening session which was nice! Overall awesome time exploring the center! 🏞️😊

6 months agoI went kayaking on a solo trip, which meant I was in the kayak with the tour guide. Can you say personal tour! There were also a group from the local highschool nature club. It's wonderful to experience life through teenagers eyes. They are hilarious. We had a blast! Watching the deer swim across the river was icing on the cake.

2 weeks agoThe Nature Center is a great place to get out, walk, learn and be in the outdoors. They offer a few different classes/activities. I saw people boating on the beaver pond/lake. Scouts were hard at work rebuilding an outdoor classroom. Somebody’s kid was having a birthday party there.

11 months agoWe came here for a field trip with my daughter’s Kindergarten class. It rained a little but thankfully not bad enough to miss out on the nature walks. It was just enough to make it a nice cool walk! The kids had a lot of fun, as did the adults. Would love to come back again as a family outing.
