Took my son here yesterday for his birthday, it was super fun all my kids were excited and lived up to the expectation. I say it is a bit pricey for my liking but definitely fun for the whole family and on top of that the owners were incredibly sweet & helpful with getting started. At the end of our hour all 3 of my babies got a gift from the owner herself, she was a sweet person!!! Definitely do recommend and will be coming back.

Had a great time going with friends. The games were very fun, and they had quite the variety of rooms. Not everything was perfect, there were issues with some of the rooms, but the staff were super responsive and helpful in finding and fixing the issues. I’ve been wanting to go to one of these arcades with the lights and foot sensor things after seeing them on social media and I can confirm that it’s as fun as it looks. Will definitely be going back for more!

We went for my sister and her fiancé’s joint bachelorette/bachelor party on 4/19 and it was so much fun! I don’t write reviews often but the staff are really great. They really knew how to make it a good time for us and even offered to take a cool group photo without us asking. Remember to show up fifteen minutes early to sign waivers, we forgot and they were still able to get us in but we definitely want to be respectful of their time next time.

He was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive, especially when working with my autistic son. Juan took the time to engage with him, recommended different rooms to try, and encouraged him to explore at his own pace. His genuine care and understanding made a huge difference, and it truly meant a lot to our family. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. It’s clear that they prioritize guest experience and inclusivity, which makes C.H.E Arcade a standout spot in Bellevue. I’ll definitely be returning soon! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, supportive, and engaging arcade experience.
